It was my first time ordering flowers from Flowers.ae, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and their customer satisfaction process is truly impressive compared to other platforms. After confirming my order, I received regular updates — including a message, a video of my prepared order, and a preview of the message card for approval. I was also notified when the flowers were about to be delivered and again once they arrived. This is truly next-level customer service. Although the standard delivery window is between 9am–5pm, I requested an earlier delivery, and they kindly accommodated it at 1pm. What made the experience even better was chatting with real people, not a chatbot — which felt much more personal and reassuring. Thank you, Flowers.ae, and kudos to the entire team for such an outstanding experience!

I've ordered from here a few times now, and they've been great every single time. The delivery is always fast and seamless, both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. They also send a video of the finished arrangement before delivery, which is a really nice touch. The flowers have been fresh and beautifully arranged every time. I have found flowers AE via google and I am so pleased that I have ordered for my husband 50th birthday flower via them. They helped me to choose and they write a card too. All was perfect and flowers were fresh and so beautiful as they were in the picture. I would like to order again from them in future Thanks AE team for helping me out. Birthday guy was happy too

I honestly cannot praise this flower shop enough. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. I messaged them around 7:30 a.m., fully expecting to hear back much later, but Raizele responded almost immediately. I was genuinely shocked — and so impressed — by how attentive and professional she was that early in the morning. Raizele made the entire experience completely seamless from start to finish. Everything was handled through WhatsApp, including the payment process, which made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. They kept me updated every step of the way by sending me a video of the finished bouquet and even photos of the message card before delivery. The level of care, communication, and customer service was beyond exceptional. You can really tell they put their heart into what they do.
